We include high quality Chun Mee leaf and tips in the blend, a tea prized for it slightly toasted, almost nutty taste. Ours is harvested in the early spring when the tea has a more delicate, sweet flavour. To transform it into our Mint Mystique tea, we add dried spearmint leaf and our signature mint flavouring.
